Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (Mattel)

Objective

Mattel challenged us to create a campaign that engaged our audience with their new Jurassic World Thrash ‘n’ Throw T-Rex. The T-Rex was the hero product from Mattel’s new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom range and has moving parts which allows it to grab things with its mouth and throw them across the room!

What we did

We ran a multi-channel campaign via Nat Geo Kids UK, creating an immersive digital experience that included features, a competition, bespoke video and social posts.

We crafted the content to align with the Nat Geo Kids ethos of ‘when interacting with our content, children have so much fun they don’t even realise they’re learning!’. Combining incredible did-you-know facts with the charisma of two adorable young presenters and the popular ‘unboxing’ approach to product, we generated excitement around the range while simultaneously giving viewers social currency in the form of fun facts to share with their friends.
